My organization by week

Post by simarahman5835 »

We then move on to the heart of my BuJo: my weekly organization. I know that many entrepreneurs compartmentalize their tasks during the day. I am unable to do the same. It does not correspond to my way of working. I cannot impose a task on myself at a specific time. For me, it is more by feeling.

I compartmentalize my tasks by client. I know that on any given week, I have to do this and that for so-and-so and this and that for thingamajig. But I don’t impose a day on myself. I always start by working for my clients before taking care of my own content. Of course, I try to group together as many similar tasks as possible . For example, scheduling social media posts for each of my clients for the same time slot.

In order to have all the essential information in front of me, I added a small israel whatsapp number data column on the left with the days of the week. The human brain first captures images before being interested in text . And this is even more true on the internet and on social networks in particular. The visual is therefore the central element of your publications! This is what will capture the attention of your subscribers. Ban simple statuses without images on social networks. Your publications will go unnoticed in your community's news feed.

Of course, visuals mean neat visuals . Use beautiful photos (if you don't have any particular talent, there are many sites with royalty-free images). Make short and dynamic videos. Create infographics. In short, elements that catch the eye ! If you don't master editing software like Photoshop or Illustrator, you can use Canva . It's free and it's a real goldmine for creating beautiful visuals very simply!

Post with a purpose
You're going to tell me that it makes sense. However, a large part of professional publications published on social networks are published without any objective. Posting for the sake of posting is useless. Yes, you have to be regular but above all you have to have something to say. If this is not the case, it is better to abstain. A publication made in a hurry, to fill a gap will be noticed and will bring nothing to your communication.the things I have to do like laundry, my granola for breakfast, etc.) and a tracker to note when I posted on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn .
